At addlife, we are committed to providing timely and secure delivery of medical documents and prescriptions.
1. Booking Confirmation :
- Upon successful confirmation of a patient booking, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
- If any physical documents are required, they will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
2. Doctor Prescriptions:
- Doctor prescriptions will be provided after consultation, either in-person or online.
- For online consultations, digital prescriptions will be emailed or sent via WhatsApp (as per patient preference).
- If a physical copy is requested, it will be shipped via a trusted courier partner within 2–3 business days of the consultation.
3. Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
